Chinese Historical Society of America (CHSA) Statement

“Since our founding 63 years ago, [the Chinese Historical Society of America] has continued to advocate for the collection, preservation, and dissemination of the knowledge of Chinese Americans’ contributions to American society. The accessibility of the San Bruno regional archives has been an invaluable resource for serving our mission.

“We therefore strongly urge the NARA leadership and the General Services Administration to retain and continue to improve the accessibility of the San Bruno and Chicago regional centers for the future greater benefit of all Americans.”
